This public signup route creates the durable platform billing record for a self-serve MentorU tenant. It does not bypass onboarding gates, tenant isolation, or platform activation rules.

Payment confirmation does not mean a workspace is live. After checkout, sign in and complete the setup work tracked in the onboarding surface.
