Last updated: May 18, 2026
Platform operator: Kahel Ventures LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, operating MentorU.
Respect for Rights
MentorU respects intellectual property rights. Providers and users may not upload, publish, sell, distribute, or use content through MentorU unless they have the rights needed to do so.
Provider and user content may include videos, images, PDFs, courses, curriculum, worksheets, logos, trademarks, written materials, downloads, community posts, messages, and AI-assisted content. The person or organization uploading content is responsible for ensuring the content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
Copyright Notice Contact
If you believe content on MentorU infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a written notice to the copyright contact at copyright@mentoru.app or support@mentoru.app.
What to Include
Your notice should include:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim was infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for MentorU to locate it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
- if applicable, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Platform Response
MentorU may remove, disable, restrict, or preserve content when we believe it may infringe rights, violate law, violate platform policies, or create risk. MentorU may notify the user or provider who posted the content and may allow a response or counter-notice when appropriate.
MentorU may suspend or terminate accounts, workspaces, or access for repeat infringers or users who repeatedly upload infringing or unauthorized content.
