Customer Purchase Terms

Terms that apply when customers, students, members, clients, or participants buy or access provider offerings through MentorU.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Platform operator: Kahel Ventures LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, operating MentorU.

When These Terms Apply

These Customer Purchase Terms apply when a customer, student, member, client, or participant purchases, joins, subscribes to, registers for, or accesses an offering through MentorU.

Platform Role

MentorU is a platform operated by Kahel Ventures LLC. Unless MentorU is expressly identified as the seller of a specific offering, the mentor, coach, educator, creator, organization, or workspace owner shown at checkout is the provider of the offering. The provider is responsible for the offering, including descriptions, pricing, delivery, access, support, cancellations, refunds, taxes, licenses, claims, and legal compliance.

Before Purchase

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the provider's offering details, billing terms, refund policy, cancellation policy, support contact, eligibility requirements, disclaimers, and any other provider terms shown at checkout or in the provider's workspace.

Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Payment processors may verify, approve, decline, hold, refund, or dispute payments under their own terms and compliance rules. MentorU does not store complete payment card numbers.

Recurring Charges

If an offering is a subscription, membership, payment plan, trial, renewal, or other recurring charge, the provider is responsible for clearly disclosing the amount, billing interval, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation method, and refund policy before purchase. By completing checkout, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the terms shown at checkout.

Refunds and Support

Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, credits, missed sessions, fulfillment issues, customer support requests, and disputes about a provider offering are the responsibility of the provider, unless applicable law requires otherwise or MentorU expressly agrees in writing.

MentorU is not responsible for a provider's refund decision, cancellation decision, missed session, failed delivery, customer service response, program outcome, advice, or claim unless MentorU expressly agrees in writing.

Platform Tools

MentorU may provide account access, checkout, scheduling, content delivery, communication, and support tools, but those tools do not make MentorU responsible for the provider's promises, services, results, advice, credentials, availability, or fulfillment.

No Professional Advice

MentorU does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, therapy, counseling, employment, investment, certification, or other licensed professional advice. Provider content and offerings are not endorsed, guaranteed, or verified by MentorU unless MentorU expressly states otherwise.
