Communication Tools
MentorU may provide tools for providers to send email, announcements, messages, reminders, updates, and other communications to customers, members, leads, students, clients, or participants.
Provider Responsibility
Providers are responsible for making sure their communications are lawful, accurate, authorized, and appropriate. Providers may only message people when they have a lawful basis, permission, customer relationship, membership relationship, or other valid reason to do so.
Email Requirements
Marketing emails must include accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a valid physical mailing address, and a clear unsubscribe or opt-out method. Opt-out requests must be honored within 10 business days.
Prohibited Sending
Providers may not use MentorU to send spam, purchased-list campaigns, deceptive messages, impersonation, harassment, threats, malware, unauthorized promotions, or messages that violate law, platform rules, third-party terms, or recipient rights.
Providers are responsible for the content of their communications, including claims about results, income, health, healing, certification, employment, spiritual outcomes, financial outcomes, or other benefits.
Delivery and Abuse Controls
MentorU may monitor delivery health, bounce rates, complaints, suppression lists, sending patterns, and abuse signals. MentorU may limit, pause, suspend, or terminate sending access if communications create legal, deliverability, security, reputational, or platform risk.
