AI-Assisted Tools

MentorU may provide AI-assisted and automated tools for drafting, summarizing, organizing, recommending, scheduling, communicating, or operating provider workspaces.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular use. Providers and users are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and using AI-assisted outputs appropriately.

Provider Responsibility

Providers remain responsible for all AI-assisted content and automated actions sent, published, displayed, or taken through their workspace.

Regulated Advice

Providers may not use MentorU AI or automation to provide unlicensed legal, tax, financial, medical, therapy, counseling, investment, employment, certification, or other regulated professional advice unless legally authorized and properly disclosed.

Claims and Misuse

Providers may not use AI or automation to make false, misleading, deceptive, unsupported, or guaranteed claims, including claims about income, employment, certification, health, healing, therapy, legal outcomes, financial outcomes, investment returns, personal transformation, spiritual outcomes, or other results.

Providers may not use AI or automation for impersonation, fake testimonials, fake reviews, deceptive endorsements, unauthorized voice/image likeness use, spam, harassment, unlawful outreach, or manipulation of customers, members, leads, or participants.

Sensitive Information

Providers should not submit sensitive personal information, regulated information, children's information, health information, financial account information, legal case information, or confidential third-party information into AI tools unless they have the legal right to do so and the platform feature is appropriate for that use.

Platform Controls

MentorU may require human approval before certain automated actions. MentorU may log, audit, limit, pause, or disable AI and automation features when needed for safety, compliance, abuse prevention, platform integrity, or legal risk.
